Pastor Horacio has served on the Ordination & Credentials Board for the Tidewater Bridge Network, on the Committee of Committees for the Virginia Baptist Association, the Executive Board of the Union Mission (Norfolk), and as a board member for Global Friendship Ministries at Old Dominion University. In August 2023, he was appointed Regional Director (Eastern) for the National African American Fellowship (NAAF) of the SBC.

He loves seeing people come to know the Lord and serves in local and international missions. He and his wife, Gale, have been married 34 years and have two adult sons, serving faithfully at Faithway for over 27 years.

Gale lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Pastor Horacio, and their two sons. She serves at Faithway as Worship Leader, Women’s Ministry Coordinator, and Director of Educational Ministries. Professionally, she is Principal at Atlantic Shores Christian School (since 2003) and an adjunct professor at Regent University (since 2018).

She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education (Carolina University), an M.S. in Human Services & Executive Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Liberty University). Her favorite verse for worship is Psalm 66:2 — “Sing for the honor of His name; make His praise glorious.”
